The future of the workforce is being shaped by skills in AI, data, and systems thinking, yet most students are not exposed to these tools until much later in their education.

Through this program, high school students across Houston ISD are introduced early to Process Intelligence and real-world problem solving in collaboration with Celonis Academy.

Working with industry-grade tools, they learn to analyze complex systems, identify inefficiencies, and build data-driven solutions with a focus on sustainability and operational impact.
